After over 20 unsuccessful and frustrating years of trying to use hearing aids, I finally found Melanie, who has solved my problems.
From the get go, Melanie was helpful and supportive – from being able to try out hearing aids before making my final decision to buy them to the final fitting. I have now been using the hearing aids for over a month and don’t know how I managed for so long without them!!!
